Plenty! 142 spots are available in a shared parking lot.

Yes, we want you and your guests to be safe. You may leave vehicles in the parking lot overnight, we just ask that they are picked up the next day.

No glitter, confetti, nails, staples, glue, or anything that will cause damage to the tables or walls of the pavilion.

Yes as long as they are contained in a votive to collect the wax. If you have battery-powered candles those do not need to be housed in a votive.

All we ask is that you take down and gather your decorations. Our staff will take care of the rest.

Yes, the Lucette Event Pavilion includes two outdoor spaces. The greenspace - great for yard games, wedding ceremonies, energetic kiddos, etc. The veranda - equipped with couches and solo stoves, perfect for cozying up by the fire.
Food and Beverage

No, we have two bad-ass woodfire ovens that our chefs cook up some tasty neapolitan style pizzas in for your event. The only exception is with The Whole Sha-Bang! wedding package.

No - but you are welcome to bring in dessert through a licensed facility.

No - the state of Wisconsin does not allow us to have any outside alcohol on the property. We have a large selection of beer, wine, ciders, seltzers, and craft cocktails. If there is something that is a must for your big day - reach out and we can chat about options!

Yes, we carry a variety of our own craft cocktails, hard seltzers, house wines, hard cider, and non-alcoholic options.

No - we have a great team of bartenders who are included in your rental.

Our standard event rentals are either 11a-4p or 5p-9p. If you need additional time to set-up please contact us to inquire about availability.

By the end of your rental time. Please inquire about adding on additional time if needed.

We will add an event fee on to make up the difference.
Wedding

YES! We have beautiful green space for ceremonies right outside the event pavilion. If mother nature has a different plan that day we will have a backup plan for a ceremony inside the pavilion.

Your rental includes the event pavilion from 9AM-11PM the day of your event. If you need additional time to set-up please contact us to inquire about availability.

Most of our couples do not rehearse at the pavilion. You are welcome to run through it on the morning of your wedding! Please inquire about adding on a rehearsal.

No, but we highly recommend using one for the ease and success of your day.

Lucette does not offer any wedding day coordination or event planning BUT your venue coordinator will be available the day of your event to help with anything venue-related (trash cans, different light tone, scissors, etc.)

Sparklers..yes! We will have buckets of water available for guests to put them out in. Fireworks..no.

At the time of signing the contract 50% of the rental is due. The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due at the 3 month meeting. 50% of the projected food and beverage costs is also due at the 3 month meeting. The final food and beverage payment is due along with your final guest count at the 1 month meeting.

Yes - our lounge space is included in the ceremony add on. It is equipped with full length mirrors, table-top mirror, garment rack, TV, comfy chairs, couch, and double doors that lead directly to the outdoor ceremony space. We only have the one getting ready room.

You are welcome to hire whoever you’d like to provide music for your day. We have speakers and microphones available if you’d prefer to make you own Spotify playlist for the evening. Check out our vendor page for reccommendations!
